Our occupational therapy groups are designed to be playful, purposeful, and packed with opportunities to grow.

From emotional regulation and executive functioning to feeding and social thinking, we offer a range of group sessions that target the skills kids need most. Children learn and connect with peers in a supportive, encouraging space. Parents are part of the process too, picking up simple, practical tools and strategies that can be at home.

Our Groups

  • Big feelings? Busy bodies? Mighty Minds is here to help! In this group, kids learn how to better understand their emotions and levels of alertness Using fun activities, we help children develop self-awareness and explore simple strategies they can use every day at home, at school, and everywhere in between. This group is for children between the ages 4-8 years old.

  • Does your child ever feel unsure in social situations? Mighty Thinkers helps them build confidence and connection all through playful, hands-on activities! Kids learn to spot social cues, take on different perspectives, and understand how their actions affect others. It’s all about learning how to work, play, and grow together.

    This group is recommended for children between the ages of 4-8 years old.

  • Got a kid who gets stuck, rushes through tasks, or has a hard time staying on track? Mighty Problem Solvers helps kids build the thinking skills they need to handle everyday challenges.

    Through fun games and group activities kids learn important executive functioning skills like planning, organization, time management, and emotional regulation. They will practice setting goals, staying focused, and thinking through problems. Perfect for growing flexible thinkers and thoughtful decision-makers!

    This group is recommended for children in grades 2 - 6.

  • Have a picky eater at home? Mighty Munchers helps kids feel more comfortable around food and encourages them to explore new tastes and textures at their own pace. Through interactive food activities in a supportive environment, kids build confidence exploring new foods while having fun. We also share practical mealtime strategies to help families reduce stress and create more positive eating experiences at home. It's all about helping picky eaters become proud explorers .

    This group is recommended for children ages 3-7 years old.
