About Our Team

Our Story…

Two women standing side by side smiling, wearing matching navy blue T-shirts with yellow and white text that says 'FIGHT COTS' and a hop cone graphic, in front of a white brick wall.

Our journey began over six years ago when we first met while working in a school-based setting in Edmonton. We quickly discovered a shared passion for creating meaningful therapeutic experiences for children, particularly through running group sessions. In 2019, we took our first step into something truly special by launching our Mighty Munchers feeding group, which laid the foundation for what would become Mighty OT's.

Since then, our company has continued to grow and evolve, proudly serving children and families across Edmonton and the surrounding area. Today, we offer a variety of specialized groups, individual therapy, professional development, and therapeutic products.

Our commitment to helping children and their families is at the heart of everything we do. We continue to grow, learn, and innovate to make a positive impact on every child we serve.
